RAW FOOD LIST

*44 oz {spinach, pineapple, bananas, blueberries, aloe, cacao}
*1.5 bananas + tahini + cacao (dipped then rolled, baby)

*38 oz {spinach, pineapple, bananas, blueberries, aloe} (tastes much better than it looks)

Yesterday the wind knocked a free-standing door on the back porch onto an aloe plant, so I've been trying to use the leaves that broke off. Aloe is a really amazing plant. The inside is pretty much 100% transparent goo. Bizarre.
*hummus {walnuts, tahini, lemon juice, udo's, bragg's, cayenne, cumin} & salsa {tomatoes, lime juice, pineapple, pickled hot peppers, cilantro} & baby carrots

*salad with the usual dressing
*chocolate pudding {cacao, carob, dates, avocado, honey} garnished with banana & shredded coconut

This was really good. Very rich like a chocolatey paste. I wound up eating it on pineapple and banana. Carob isn't technically raw but I got the recipe from Naked Chocolate and I figure anything from a David Wolfe book gets a raw pass. =P
