RAW FOOD LIST
just wanted to say hi! My name is Sonja and I am new here (and by HERE I mean Livejournal... and what's the first thing I do? I join this community!).
I am from Germany. I have been on the raw food path for almost half a year now. But you can read everything about this on my site. However, I have recently decided to try to stay 100% raw for as long as possible. We'll see how long that is (probably tomorrow because I will see my bf again and I adore his curries! but how knows...)
So, I hope that I will be a vital part of this community in the future. And since the present is always the perfect time, I will list what I ate today, NOW:
- one glass of celery green, apple, carrot, ginger juice
- a wakame salad (consisting of wakame, half a cucumber, nama shoyu, apple cider vinegar, honey and a dash of cayenne)
- choco "pudding" (I don't even know how to call this... the texture was undefinable) which consisted of some raw cacao beans, some dates, some nut milk, chia seed and a tbsp of coconut oil
- 5 noritos (and maybe I will get me some more NOW! yum!)
Yep, that's it. One more thing... since I am a newbie and since I am _really_ interested in meeting raw foodies from all over the world... please feel free to add me as a friend!
